That moment of profundity is brought to you by my second cup of coffee for the day. I will tell you the brand but this is not that kind of blog. Harhar.

You may have noticed a steady decline of blog posts on these here parts. This time, I actually have reasons other than general laziness for this lack of updates. Off the top of my head, I can cite “playing house,” actual sewing time, reading, BBC’s Sherlock, deadlines, and watching the cats act silly. Then there’s the incredibly amazing “going out, spending time with the boyfriend, and enjoying it without taking photos for the blog” reason. How very pre-internet of me but holy macaroni, it’s fun.

Now “playing house” is the second most enjoyable of these reasons. Apparently, a bigger house means bigger playground for good, old Meream. Yes, emphasis on the “old” but I will discuss that another time. So far, my favorite playthings are picture frames.
