Since the apartment is a one-room studio that barely fits our books, work stuff, and all my fabrics, getting a Christmas tree this coming holiday is out of the question.
However, allowing the holiday to pass without crafting anything remotely related to it is also out of the question. Some time between tidying up the kitchen and my craft area, I thought of a Christmas vignette. So down came the Santa Claus teapot from its perch on the top kitchen shelf. I then gathered other willing participants into a star-shaped plate and made Christmas headdresses for them, too. I reckon this scene will be prettier once the candle is lit.

For those interested in making Christmas headdresses for tiny folks, I just hot glued leaf-shaped sequins and colored faux pearls onto a pair of cheap bead-wrapped loop earrings.

Your Santa Claus teapot is so charming and adorable! :)
Heya thanks for the visit!
Wow you seem like you have a lot of time on your hands for these things, hehe.
I love the santa teapot too.. It’s so cute and round! Hahahaha
Thanks! Bought in SM Mall of Asia, if I remember correctly. :)
Haha yeah, it’s very cute in its plumpness. :D
cute creatures!
They are! Rubber Ducky and Totoro may seem like the most unlikely friends but they really get along. :D
Cutest headdresses (and models) ever! =D
That Santa teapot is awesome. Now I want to start collecting teapots, too…
You should! I reckon you’d more have more choices there and I’d be incredibly jealous. Hahaha
You have very cute and lovely teapots. :-) You somehow inspired me to get one. :-)
Haha they are pretty things to collect, yes.
